Created Player doesn't develop

Postby Timewalker on Fri Jul 04, 2008 6:01 am

First of all sorry for my bad english. its long time ago since i was in school but i hope you will understand this.

So my problem is that some Players who i created with the ingame Editor did not develop in the Dynasty Mode. That means the Overall Ratings are going down. But thats not old Players they are young.

I want to rebuild the Knicks and played a Season with 82 Games and now the Rating of my new Star drops from 78 to 76 but hes only 20 years old i think their is a bug or something i did wrong in Editor.

I hope you Guys understand what i mean and help me with my problem. Im really sorry for my english sorry :(

Player development is determined by the hidden DESTINY rating, which is randomly assigned when you create a new player. If you're playing on the PC version, you can open up the players.dbf file that contains your created player, go to his DESTINY column and change the value to 1. This will give him the best chance to develop.
