Unlocked jerseys still locked?

I'm having a little minor problem with jerseys. After buying some jerseys, I decided why not just use the cheat to get all of them unlocked so I can spice up rivalry games. Unfortunately some were still locked. I retyped the code and it said the code has been used and things were unlocked. Is there something I'm missing here?

I've tried fixing it by using another code to unlock everything in the store. I started a quick game and I could use all the jerseys. So I started a new dynasty to only see that some jerseys are still locked when its unlocked in the live store.

Now I can't pick certain ones in 1 on 1, quick game or anything really and its kind of a frustrating situation.

Go to the teamgear.dbf of whatever roster or dynasty file you use. You'll need a DBF editor (DB Commander 2000 Pro is easiest, so download that).

Now, there should be a column in it upon opening that says "ISUNLOCKED". Most of them should be "0", the locked jerseys are "1". Change them to "0" as well. Providing you changed the right teamgear.dbf for what you're using, it should solve your problem.
