having problems importing logo files with biggui :(

i need help, please?
the problem that i seem to be running into is that whenever i try to import logo~large~xx_(l/r) files into the logo.VIV to update it and when i go back into live, either nothing changes and goes back to default or either i lose all the wordmarks. please help if you have a certain knowledge with this kind of stuff
