Convert the .asf audio to wave audio or mp3 audio

Can anybody help me how to convert the .asf audio to wave audio or mp3 audio?

I want to use the songs from NBA LIVE 2000 game at the NBA LIVE 2005.

I know how to import when it is already converted, but i need convert it first.
