Putting accesories on created players (with cyberface)

I've created a player and I also put a cyberface on it. Everytime I try to edit it, the game crashes. I've put all of the EBO ( what are the necessary ebo files that I need to extract?) files of it on the SGSM folder already but still it crashes. Is there anybody here that can help me out? Many thanks whoever it was!
