Accurate shoes

I have downloaded all 3 parts of muzicka's mega kickz add on from nbalive.org. But I cannot find the accurate shoes patch that you run in your roster. It was not included in any of the parts. I have all the shoes they're just not accurate. So does anyone have the files needed for the shoes to be accurate?

copy the DATABASE's shoeacc...then paste it to the saved file you want (mydocuments\nbalive2005\saves\xxxx)
