Dynasty Mode Free Agents

When you start a dynasty, do NOT all free agents go through into dynasty mode? because i started one with my rosters, and when i went to look to sign PJ tucker, he was not their, along with quite a few other undrafted players. i went and checked all the other teams rosters, yet he wasnt there either. then i noticed in free agents there was nobody rated under about 50, and tucker was 44 or so. so do the free agents get cut down?

The game automatically prunes the lower rated free agents when you begin a new Dynasty.

thanks andrew, the FA list has been cut down to about 2/3rds of its original size.
is there anyway to get some FA's back, maybe just say there is 50 FA's and i sign 1, will the highest player to be cut from the list come back?

Unfortunatly he won't, I had this pb with my knicks dynasty, Udoka was cut and disappeared
I do not know why ?
I guess it is a database stuff
