Trouble with NBA Live 2005 editor

I recently downloaded Diego Rostagnol's NBA Live 2005 editor. On the download page he mentioned that it would need a couple of additional .NET components to work properly. Anyone have any idea what they are and how I can make this program work? I tried e-mailing him directly, but haven't received a response.
