Trying to install the v2.0 Jersey patch -- NEED HELP!

Hi downloaded the v2.0 Jersey viv file from here:

But there were no instructions along with it and now i'm stuck with no clue as to how to get these jersey's installed. I've tried using the DB COmmander but get stuck at certain points with no clue what should be done. Can someone help me out and tell me the steps needed to be taken to get this patch working or point me to a site that explains it. I saw none on the message boards.

All you should have to do is put the files in the sgsm folder, no .dbf editing, as there shouldn't be any new jerseys. You also need to have DaNet's patch too.

I installed DaNet's patches. Do you mean I just need to place the viv file in the sgsm folder. I thought i tried that once but it didn't work. Maybe I got something wrong.
