It would be difficult to patch since the salary cap file is generated once you begin a new Dynasty Mode (making a changed file harder to distribute and automatically install). Other aspects, such as the max contract length, new active rosters etc are impossible to edit as far as I'm aware.

I hope we can at least offer MLE/LLE if we're over the cap...
