this is probably a stupid question, but how do i use it? meaning how do i download the files?

i dont have the net on the computer i play live on, would that be a problem?

Well, you're gonna have to get the patch to the computer with the game on somehow.
How, I don't know... Perhaps if you have a usb memory or something like that..
