Problem about power dribble

I've just started to play nba live 2005. Some big men can collide with other players to obtain a defensive foul by pressing the power dribble button, but sometimes it doesn't work. How can I make it works all the time?

It is not meant to work all the time,otherwise it'd be way too easy.
