THE GAME TURNED PINK PLEASE HELP :(

hey everybody

i was out from home for a month, and when i came back my brother told me that NBA Live got pink when starting a game.

The weird thing is that only in his XP account its pink while in my account it looks normal.

besides the pink 3d environment, the game gets crazy while on LOADING screen, where the loading process indicator turned to be one thick white line

we tried reinstall, tried deleting the user files, nothing hepled! please help....

are you using any patches?
have you tried deleting the user account completely and then readding it?

maybe there is something wrong with his faces database. try uploading the default database from CD1 into the database folder found in the save game files in your brother's account. do this only after you remove patches he installed. but if no patches install just search for the database folder and copy-paste it to the one in the save game folder
