Sorry, no. It is impossible to add brand new modes/features to a game via unofficial patches.

but i kno this guy dats doing it for nba live 2003 why cant u do it or ur staff do it for 2005

Are you talking about custom teams, or adding a Create-a-Team mode to NBA Live 2005? It is impossible to add a brand new mode to NBA Live 2005, it is possible to add custom teams but they can cause some instability with the rosters, which is one reason I don't want to add custom teams to the rosters this year. I'm also more concerned with the actual updates, fixing player ratings and so forth.
