how do u put downloaded rosters in dynasty

how can i put the roster i downloaded from here in my already started dynasty? I want to start the second season of my dynasty with the post draft roster from here, how is this possible?

Can't be done, sorry. Not without overwriting season data.

what if i don't care about last season's stats, i just want to start second year with the rookies on board.

Back up your Dynasty, after advancing to the second season copy the players.dbf, appearance.dbf and if you like teamgear.dbf from the roster update to the Dynasty's save folder.
