Can't re-install my game !!!!!!

Hi, I'm French so please forgive me if my english is bad ...

So, I explain my problem, I've got NBA Live 2005 since a lot of time and I've never had any problem with it, but recently, I played for the first time online, and since the game, my NBA Live crashes. First, it tells me that there is a codebase error in workingdb with coachappearance.dbf crashed, so I cut it, and then my game re-starts correctly.
But after that, each time I start NBA Live, all my settings, my parameters are deleted, my graphics, my sounds and level are deleted so I cannot play.
So I uninstall NBA Live 2k5 and re-install it, but now, when I start it, my screen is, I don't know how to explain it, my screen is made of green, blue and yellow pixels instead of the menu and the photo, I can't make a screenshot because I do that, the screen is correct, I tried to make a in-game screenshot but I can't start a game because I crashed and send me back to Windows.
I tried to install it numerous times but it still crashes. What must I do ?

Bonjour, j'ai NBA Live depuis sa sortie en France, bien que je l'ai eu grace à mumule, et le jeu fonctionnait parfaitement.
Mais j'ai fait ma première partie en ligne il y a quelques temps et depuis le jeu plante sans arret. Tout d'abord, cela m'a mis codebase erro avec une erreur venant d'un fichier venant de la workingdb, je coupe alors ce fichier et le mets sous un autre répertoire et le jeu remarche correctement. Mais depuis peu, j'ai perdu tout mes paramères, sliders, je n'ai plus de sons (il le mets à 0 ).
J'ai alors décidé de tout réinstaller mais maintenant, au démarrage l'écran n'a plus la photo, en effet, je vois bien l'écran d'accueil mais fait uniquement en pixels vert, bleu, jaune, quelquechose d'immondes et d'insupportable. J'ai voulu faire une capture avec Impression écran mais celle-ci rend une image normale de l'écran, j'ai alors voulu faire une capture dans le jeu, mais ca plante à chaque fois que ca charge et ca me renvoie sous Windows.
Que dois-je faire pour réparer mon jeu ??
