cannot copy from media (cd2)

during installation of cd 2, an error message appears " cannot copy from the media...." the file it has difficulty reading is audio\music\xsong3.asf

is this just a cd problem? can i fix it manually?

I had to borrow another pc's cdrom player to be able to install it.

like filip says... try a different drive, if it still gives errors go back to the store and exchange it.

I tried using different drives but still same issue happened. anyway, i'll return it and exchange it. thanks guys!

yeah exchange it.. i have a prob too the first time i have the disc...it seems to get stuck witht the allstar week end commentary file the .asf thing..i returned it and i have a new copy after about 5 days 8-)
