are you guys sure? is this written in the rule book?
i would think that getting 10+ turnover is gotta be a skill. It's pretty hard to get that much before your coach takes you out.

Double doubles and triple doubles must be positive statistics, specifically the categories killer_cr0ss0ver mentioned. Though I agree, you have to be a special player to be able to rack up that many turnovers without being yanked from the lineup.
