players losing stats?

I'm playing with Memphis and Gasol was injured for 10 days or so. When he was cleared to play, the "doctors" claimed he was 100%, but he's actually lost 3 points in his overall stats. Is this supposed to happen? Will he ever return to his normal condition?

do you mean his overall rating...thats different from stats (such as points, rebounds, etc)

after injuries, sometimes the player's overall rating does go down a bit

Generally this problem can be corrected by entering Edit Player so that the game recalculates the player's overall rating.
