Rokie players

It´s posible create new players for the draft in dynasty mode???
For example.
I want when the firs season in dynasty mode is finished, you can choose players in the draft like Fran Vazquez, Tiago Splitter, etc.

Download dbf installers, copy them to roster you want draftees be in and run bat files.

I think I am doing something badly again.
I copy the bat files into the roster folder, I run the bat files in the correct order, but when I start a new dynasty( the roster files is already loaded)
and I see the new rookie players from the draft, I dont see players like Vazquez or Gelaballe
Can you say me if I am doing something bad??
