Having Trouble With Text Roster Updates...PLEASE HELP!

hey i have PS2 so when i downloaded the text roster update it goes to excel and I have no idea whats going on there...anyway to view it more orderly or anyother files or anything?? thanks in advance.

Why don't you just print it out and read it while making the trades in the game?

The Access file sorts players by team and roster position. Please note that I'm not keeping up the text update anymore, so that file is outdated now.
