I don't have it installed, but from what I can remember, [Ctrl]+[Q] and [Ctrl]+[W] is zoom in respectively out. [Ctrl]+[A] Marks all the points in that layer, [Ctrl]+[D] deselects all the points you have selected. [Ctrl]+[S] saves it. To mark a few selected points you use the mouse and just drag a square over the dots that you want, assuming you’re in that layer already. Move the points while they are selected can either be done with the mouse by holding down the left-click, or by using the arrows on your keyboard (which is much more precise).
I could have a command or two wrong since I don't have it, but I think that's how it is...
