Crash problem (very clear)

The game crashes before it's getting loaded. A black screen appears and than it drops back to windows. There is no error messages shown.

Here is my configuration.

Pentium 4 1.6 gHz
Leadtek Geforce FX 5200 (last drivers already installed)
512 KINGSTON DDR RAM
40 GB HDD

Windows XP PRO.

The cd works in another machine normally.

latest drivers from nvidia??? if so, try another driver from another site besides nvidia

I have the latest drivers from leadtek. Now I am downloading the nvidia one. Will it make sense?

try out different drivers, from anywhere, nvidia, omega, guru3d....

Remember to uninstall the old driver first before installing a new one.

Hmm...that's odd. Did you install any patches such as the court patches, roster patches, shoe patches, etc.? Perhaps the patches are the ones giving the crashes. I also have an Inno3D FX5200 and I never had a crash since, even when using the official driver release or the other drivers. I'm using the Omega driver with DirectX 9 properly tested and I have no problems so far.
