Screenshot/Video Record(to record nbalive gameplay)

I Remeber there was a program i used in 2004. I Got it off here. It's where you can play NBA Live and record as your playing so its a video. It's also a screenshot taker. Does anyone know where I can get this? Or know of another one?

Thanks..but is there a diffrent one. Thats the one iwas talking about. But I need to be the dang administrator but my family is sometimes tight and wont let me download things.
