Why Isnt my jersey raptor working

i have asked him many times and no news as of late. i dont understand i downloaded danets 2x jersey patch and with this raptor i cant export or do number positions.everyone elses raptor is working why not mine?

are the pictures of the jerseys not showin up? cuz thats what mine does...the number position works for me tho, i just cant see the jersey (so i change X and Y values until it is correct)
