nlsc roster patch causes shoes to b locked

when i load the nlsc patch..it causes all of the shoes to b locked..when i go to the pda to enter the code again..it says "all shoes have already been unlocked"..yet when i go to edit player..they are locked..plz help..

I think I have the problem solved, hopefully it won't be an issue in v1.07. I'm still working on it, my apologies for the inconvenience.
