that looks like the plastic wrap effect is applied....it's one of the filters in photoshop

If you have Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop you can copy the jersey texture to a layer above the colors and stripes. I usually place logos over the new adjustment layer. Change the adjustment layer to 'multiply' or 'overlay' and adjust the opacity. You can also create two adjustment layers with the multiply on top of the overlay. Experiment with the opacity of the layer(s) to achieve the shiny look.

There is two ways...easy way and hard way...

Easy Way-Apply the plastic wrap(the effect that conr4d used)

Hard Way-What Bassman said, but if you aren't very good with things and are just learning, just stick to the plastic wrap

BTW, why don't you just ask conr4d for the texture, it's almost exactly the same as yours...but better...cause I helped him with it... :wink:
