Codes Problem

i have a problem with the codes. i typed them in for jerseys,shoes ect. it said they were correct and when i go to the nba storeit says there unlocked but come gametime when i want to use a jersey it says there locked same when creating players i cant use all the shoes and now i cant buy them becuase it says there unlocked.

Always save your setting after putting in codes
Also when I put them in during Dynasty Mode they were not available at the Main Menu mode, like Play Now and stuff
