THis doesnt work in real life. In real life no one offers, that really gets accepted and then starts pulling the offer down more and more. THe team this is being offered to would send the offering team to hell after the second try.

I understand where you're coming from, but teams do back out of trades. They also generally aren't accepted or rejected without some negotiation. The ability to make counter-offers or shop players to see what interest there is would not only be an improvement, it would be pretty realistic.
Consider some of the deals that are agreed to in principle, then finalised with additional players or cancelled altogether. As long as the trading logic is good and it's not easy to get the better of the CPU in a deal, I don't see how being able to review a trade before it's completed is a terrible idea or unrealistic. As long as the CPU is "aware" of the value of its players, you wouldn't be able to give them a bad deal.
