Problem with Coach Cyberface

I have a problem with a Coach Cyberface. Suddenly in all of my Rosters, even the newest one, in the Game the Face of Johnny Davis from the Orlando Magic is missing (= blue). What can I do make the Cyberface appear again. Has anyone a clue and can please, please help me.

change the josh davis patch u d/l'ed to jhdavis and you'll be fine

I haven't installe any Josh Davis Patch, but still the Problem with the missing cyberface from Johnny Davis. I really don't know why. I have reinstall NBA Live and first it was fine. Then I startet a Dynasty, installed some Patches but no Josh Davis Patch and suddenly Johnny Davis Cyberface is missing again. What can I do?
Please help.
