Rebounding in 2005

Do you guys always box out before you go for the rebound? I normally do but in superstar level, guys just come out of now where and get the rebound in spite of the fact that you have better postion. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

By the way, how do you rebound dunk using a joypad?

I've been trying to use the box out button more often but I notice that if you know the tricks the tip button can be a lil too powerful. I've tried to use it after free throws too, but if people miss it a certain way there is nothing the defensive team can do.
