game freezes

My PC freezes, it'd happened just once in season mode in my first 10 games... and in my 13-th season game once it froze 1 minute before end (when I was leading 101-70+) and after restart it freezes again and again...in 1st qtr
My game is not patched...any suggestions
...later will try the same savegame on other PC, but I'm almost sure it's not the cause of problems...all other games are running witout any problems at all
