Opening plrdetails.viv

Is there any program that will extract files from plrdetails.viv properly?

I believe you can use EAGE to extract the files, but you must use FshX to view the extracted files.

My Bad, it's plrdetails.fsh. I try opening it in EAGRAPH and it just comes up EAchild. I try opening it in fshx and each file is pixelated. I'm trying to add socks and by process of elimination, I thought the files would be in here.
