controller select wacko prob

in the game in the select controllers section i cant move the keyboard icon or controller (wingman rumblepad) to the right or left to select team... although i can play the dunk contest (because the select teams is done a different way) and when i get in the dunk contest the controllers are functional... i have no idea wat the problem is... my keyboard and controller are completely functional in all other games its just the controller select for some reason... i have reinstalled as well so that is not a prob

plzzzzz someone this game was a gift so it is hard to return and i cant even play it so its reeeally annoying

you have to click the arrows next to the controller image to move them to the team you want to control...
