TATTOOS! Skintones......

Um, this may have already been answered somewhere, but WHY hasn't anyone done the skintones for players on the game that EA has missed as fas as tattoos go? like heaps of players are missing them and no-one's bothered to patch them for Live 2005? Whats the deal?
