converting jpg to fsh

How do I do it? I have FshX, FshEd, and EAGE, but I can't figure out how to do it. Do I need another program? Also, how do I view a fsh file?

TO VIEW:
-Export the .fsh file of a .viv with EAGE and decompress it (it will ask to decompress, click "yes")
-Open the decompressed .fsh file with FshX
TO IMPORT JPG:
-Open the .fsh file with FshX, then click import
But use a .bmp, it is better quality

Thanks, but I have one more question...
How do I convert a .fsh into a different file (.jpg or .bmp) to edit it in PHotoshop?

With FshX select export and save as .bmp to edit in psd
