SALARYTEAM in the player.dbf?

Where the hell is the SALARYTEAM value in the player.dbf?
I want to make my own team but i cant find the SALARYTEAM value in the player.dbf

SALARYTEAM has been replaced by CASH_TEAM this year.

I'm pretty sure all CustomArt goes in the sgsm folder. You name the art files according to your custom team - just look at the various art files for existing teams to see how you should name them.
