(URGENT) small file for videos or gifs... and viewable

how do you do this? if i have a cool play and i want to make a small video for my dynasty... what will i use?

i have tried gifs... i used like 60 pics... gif file is about 2 megs.. but i cant upload it on photobucket.. it resizes them to only 250KB...

any tips? thx.

You need your own server to host them on...

Try yousendit.com...but that's the only place I can think of.
