How to add a completely new jersey?

Postby cklitsie on Mon Nov 29, 2004 3:01 am

Please, can someone tell me which files to create for my new jersey, what to edit (like .ebo and .big files).
I also want to have such a preview pic in the menu. Mikki already told me where to find them and how to edit (after some other loser refused to tell me) but I still can't get it right because my game crashes when I select the new jersey.

I would like to be able to see the jersey I'm picking from the "Select A Jersey" Part... Does anyone know how to update this... (not quite sure if this is what you were asking, but it goes along with jerseys)

You need to add new entries to teamgear.dbf to get additional jerseys to show up in the game.

hey Superman here's my first attempt at this:

but it crashes when I try to look at it in the game. I think I need to make the background transparent... how would I go about doing this?

use Jersey Raptor. Its the best. Easily able to add, export. Made my own custom team in less than 5 min.

use a program like adobe make the background transparent then save as a png and then import it using FshX but you have to type the file name in b/c FshX dosen't reconize png files

I am using Jersey Raptor and I have started to make a custom jersey. I imported it into the game without any problem. So I made a change and wanted to see how it looked. So I went in NBA Live 2005 to have a look and the game crashed in the loading screen. So the problem is whenever I put in a new jersey I am unable to put another one in its place.
