Problem with Dynasty...

I just started Raptors dynasty and when I get to the day before the first game, the games gets stuck when i minimize the game, there is a pop up window saying somethin like "Team = 24 Trade <> 0 somethin' of that nature... can anbyody help me wuts goin on.
