Screen resolution

im running my game on 800x600x32, i tried running it on 1024x768x32 but the free throw box and moving line runs very slow and sloppy.
the thing is in 800x600 resolution, the graphics are awful(the same can be said for live 04)
my question is, is there a way to set the resolution to 1024x768x16? so far, i can only select 3 different types of resolution and they are all x32.

im pretty sure i can run this game with everything maxed out and the game would run smoothly(like in 04) if i can set the resolution to 1024x768x16.
does anyone know how?

hold up. i made a thread like this on dotorg and Jowe said something like i may be able to change it in the script files like last year. problem is i dont know what that means

Yeah Im right, I had the same problem as you. I ended up buying a new graphic card
