EA did a great job on the cyberfaces this year

Anyone else notice this? A lot of the players have 100% identical faces to their real life counterparts.

You're joking, right? Fire-up the 3pt contest and tell me which cyberface actually looks like the guys who are supposed to be in it.

Have you seen Steve Nash during player introductions for the three point contest? Even though Larry Bird has excellent hair, once you see his face, you'll think, "Damn, he's looking fine!" And don't get me started on Kobe...

I think the faces are looking great this year. Even though a few doesn't look to much like him self, it still looks good.
But let's keep in mind that the rest of the graphics this year is rather poor actually. Outside 3'Pt and DunkContest that is.

i now realise that the cyberface in 3-pt & slamdunk contest is worse than in a regular game.

If you don't think the cyberfaces are any good then load up at game against the Mavs in Dallas and look at Nellie (Don Nelson).

Really? I'll have to pay more attention in a regular game and perhaps re-consider my opinion.

Well, in my oppinion, that's just because of the lighting that it looks like that...
I'm pretty sure it's the same face that is used.

EA did a better job then last year with the cyberfaces thats for sure, even with the relatively unknown players you can tell who they are.
A thing that they have done great with though, is the coaches. They are the most detailed coaches I've seen in any NBA game.

Shaq IS Shaq, Udonis Haslem looks great, Rasual Butler looks decent, that's the best Eddie Jones I've ever seen, but Wade looks awful, so they did well on a lot, and crappy on a few...
