It looks like KG and Big Ben get their head up to the rim everytime...The players look very cartoonish, I think.

i actually think the game looks worse myself. maybe its not finished yet or cause its just a ss but i can see the outline of everything and that bugs me. every player got a outline around them and most times its white. hope it dont look like that in game.

of course even if it did i would still get live as like i have said many time before, gameplay > graphics

true, but i dont think the game is finished quite yet. you can see that the player looks just like themselves though. im pretty sure the graphics will be finished around september. it looks like they won't have those monsterous blocks this time in the game and the blocks will be more realistic (Y)

I don't like how the player models and animations look the same. :( I'm sick of the way the look and move in Live04 and i want something new.

Live05 totally revamped from the ground up my ass.

I do like the white player shine though. (Y)(Y)(Y) Gives it that added realism that Live04 never had.

It's that time of year again...let the hype and hoopla begin! I'll be going to the Madden challenge in Philly, I think it'll be in town in September. Hopefully-they'll have a version of Live there.

I hope they come up with the PC requirements, it looks like it'll need to be a beast to run this game. oh well.

Good lookin out.

I think what you are reffering to is the shine on the players. It is because of "sweat"/lighting effects. If you look at a real NBA photo, the players are going to be shiny; not dull and bland like in 2004. Me personally, I think the graphics look great (a lot more realistic). :P Just look at the detail in the screens; especially the Wallace and Garnett one.

I'm thinking about going to the Madden challenge in D.C, but if I go, do I have to play Madden?

The appropriate question is...does Lego show love? For it is better to give than to recieve. Ask not what nlsc has done for you...but what you have done for the nlsc. So on and so fortheth...
