Records (scoring, rebounds, assists etc.)

I was messing around in exibition and in Dynasty mode trying to break the records. I made over 12 three's with Reggie Miller and over 30 assists with Jason Kidd but the records didn't change. I tried it in both modes. That really sucks, why did EA bother putting the records in if you can't break them. Sorry if this has already been posted.

doubt you did. you looked up single game records and decided to post one more than what the previous record was.

Sorry the three point record is 14 (I think) and yes I did break both of those records. I'm 100% sure I had the numbers right when I did this. Why would I lie about this? It's pretty easy to put the game on 12 minute quarters and get over 30 assists without adjusting the sliders. Why don't u try it yourself before you tell me I'm wrong. That way you might know what you're talking about.
Anyway, has anybody else noticed this?
