Is this bug fixed in the PC version?

sorry.. but what bug?!?! training camp? unsigned good players? err.... changing a created player's b-day and yrs played so you can be ROTY every gdamn year?? which one? hall of fame gets cut-off? like on yr 2020, you lose players that were all-stars from year 2004 or something?




also, what bug? the bug where my created player started at 82 rating, and 99 rating after 10 yrs. but somehow my stats are THE SAME EVERY YEAR as in less than ONE different?
