Realistic settings?

Has anyone got some good settings for the game to get it quite realistc when it comes to scores and so?

I think it would be great if people posted their slider settings (only those changed from default maybe), difficulty, quarter length and other game settings and the scores they achieve that way.

So us who get the game at a later date can already start with better slider settings etc.
