Why would you go to dynamix for that channel? Is that your own server?

Get on Gamesnet or Quakenet where most gamers already hang out, much broader audience there. If anyone wants me to do it I can register the channel...

BTW, you dont necessarily need mIRC to connect to IRC; mIRC is only one of many (albeit probably the best due to scripts) IRC programs.

Okay, as GamesNet won't register the channel unless an official sitemember requests it (good thing IMHO, but not that great in our case) I opened a channel called #nba-live on Quakenet. (irc://irc.quakenet.org/nba-live)

Please join the channel, I am idling in there now; we need 4 people in there for 4 straight hours so we can request a bot (which means the channel is registered). If you can, please leave your PC running overnight, I will request L in the morning then (being European, that should be fairly soon).

If anyone prefers GamesNet - you need to talk to Andrew, Yohance or EG to register the channel, I am fine with that.

you guys can also try hitting up my chat room on my site. I made it specifically for the members of this board so they can have a central location for NBA Live chat. Its also open to other people too. Nobody is really on it either but that can change once more people start logging in like you are doing with mirc. Give it a try http://remixteam.zapto.org and click on the Remix Team Chat button below the logo. I'm also setting up my email/instant messenging server so once that is complete i'll be integrating that into my site also.

Well, channel is registered. I'm at least idling in there most of the time, so come join if you want.

If people prefer LittleBitMan's webchat, then please let me know and I'll unregister the channel again.

I do hope to see some board regulars and maybe some sitestaff on their too (how about a news item? )
