I wonder if its possible to make a mod were i can start a season from last year and at the end of the season i can draft all the rookies from this year ?
Because never was the Draft lottery so spectacular like this year and i think all of you guys hate it when the franchise(Dynasty) mode ends and all the new rokkies are fiction what do you think is this possible to make ??
Is this possible ?

It might be in the PC version if someone releases a toolkit and you changed whoever you wanted in the draft into the rookie category (Just going on options available on the 03 toolkit) But who knows what on 2004 will be patchable
