I'm playing with a friend of mine. We play an entire season. He takes the LAKERS and I take PORTLAND. and this for years....

CAN WE STILL CHOOSE TWO TEAMS TO CONTROL IN ONE SEASON ?

Was it possible in the 2003 for console ?
Is it still possible ?

it is possible when you choose only one season, but not in dynasty mode.

no..this is not good...i think that 2 people should be able to play the dynasty mode. My brother and i have been doing this for years in the franchise mode and now this??? Season mode only?

NBA Live 2003 brought up an issue where there was only one keyboard icon and we both use the keyboard, me taking the WASD side and him taking the directional arrows. Thanks to a slight bug, we were still able to both use the keyboard in a game.

I hope that we could find a way to let you take 2 teams in the franchise mode.

You move one of the gamepad icons over and set the config by pressing keyboard buttons.

Are we still talking about PC version of live 2003?cause my live only shows 1 gamepad icon and I cant play against my friend unless I play online.... :?:

Yes...we're talking about live 2003. First off, both of you have to agree which side of the keyboard you would use. Then create a keyboard profile based on the side you've chosen. Now one player gets the KEYBOARD icon while the other player gets the GAMEPAD icon. For the controls to be used, select the keyboard profile you've created and whala! Two players on a single keyboard. Easy as pie.

I played several time with a friend of mine who was using the Keyboard with Live2003.
There's no Kboard icon, so just make a gamepad slide to the team you want to control and configure the button using the Kboard, and it works ! :wink:

First move the keyboard icon over to one team, next move the gamepad icon over to the other team, then configure the gamepad by pressing keyboard buttons. It doesn't get much simpler.

I think he just have one Icon, not two.

So....Idon't know if you can play against somebody else.

Unless you buy or plug another joystick you won't be able to play one on one.

You must have two Icon.
Keyboard and Joystick
or
Two joystick icons.
