Does NBA Live finally have a play making utility?

I just want to know. I have several plays of mine which I'd like to utilize. If EA did this, NBA Live would blow everyone away. I can't wait till PC version comes out. Does anyone know if PC will have this feature?

It won't, but this is a feature that I have wanted for years and years. And it isn't difficult to add to the game unless your part of the NBA Live team 
The plays are hard coded and they are the same plays that debuted with NBA Live '95 which I think is pretty pathetic.
Nice to see a fellow North Carolinian around though
